Union was established in 1989 at 172 Spring Street. The store was the first of its kind and pioneered a focus on what is now labeled “Streetwearâ€. In 2007, the shop moved to a larger location at 176 Spring Street. For 20 years, Union actively worked with a small selection of premier brands from around the world which catered to their view of contemporary menswear. Today, Union NYC closes their doors. Truly the end of an era. Their final release was the Union x Pegleg NYC x G-Shock Watch.
Stussy New York will be housed in the 176 Spring Street location, who will continue to carry OriginalFake. The Union name is survived by their LA counterparts.
