The suspect was actually a male, white, who was wearing an elaborate disguise,&#8221; Springdale, Ohio, Police Lt. Michael Mathis told WFTS.<\/p>\n<p>Investigators believe Zdzierak likely removed the mask between the robberies in order to confuse the cops who believed they were looking a black man.<\/p>\n<p>The authorities caught a break when they spotted a Volvo with its interior splattered with red dye from a dye pack slipped into a bag used to hold the stolen money.<\/p>\n<p>Police found Zdzierak hiding in a motel bathroom.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;He wore what I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m calling a \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcHollywood quality\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 mask,&#8221; Mathis said. &#8220;These things cost $600-$700.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Police arrested Zdzierak and charged him with six counts of aggravated robbery.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;You are the type of villain we read about in novels and see in the movies,&#8221; Hamilton County Municipal Court Judge Melissa Powers told Zdzierak in court last Friday.<\/p>\n<p>Zdzierak is being held on $3 million bond.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.dropcents.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/1mask3.jpg\" alt=\"1mask3\" title=\"1mask3\" width=\"537\" height=\"630\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4013\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.dropcents.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/1mask3.jpg 537w, http:\/\/www.dropcents.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/1mask3-500x586.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 537px) 100vw, 537px\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A robber who marauded in a high-quality mask that made him appear African-American was no match for Ohio cops.
