This week totalbeauty.com released a list of what they believe are the 10 most tatooed cities in America. This is their list and the reasons why they chose each city. Do you agree with their list? 10. Los Angeles, CA<\/strong><\/p>\n

4 tattoo shops per 100,000 people
\nHome to many tattooed celebs
\nHosts some of the nation’s largest tattoo expos
\ntatoo friendly “vibe”<\/p>\n

9. Kansas City, MO<\/strong><\/p>\n

6 tattoo shops per 100,000 people
\nThriving population of people below 30
\nHome to more than 10 colleges and universities
\nBig performing arts scene<\/p>\n

8. Honolulu, HI<\/strong><\/p>\n

6.5 tattoo shops per 100,000 people
\nBest Hair, Best Skin and Best-Looking people<\/p>\n
