ABSOLUT Commissions Jamie Hewlett for Limited Edition London Bottle

English comic book artist Jamie Hewlett can now add liquor to the markets that his art has touched. Most widely known for his work on the series Tank Girl and as co-creator of the music group The Gorillaz, Hewlett has been enlisted to design ABSOLUT Vodka’s newest bottle in it’s city series. This feature spotlights London, and boast a unique take on the city’s style and fashion over the past 200 years. The bottle feautures key influences that have shaped London’past and present fashion scene. The seven characters represent the city’s diverse heritage, spanning the ages from Dickensian and 18th Century Dandy, through to Pinstripe gent, 60’s chick, SKA, Punk and 80’s Casual.
