It seems like rappers go down hill once they become main stream . Im tired of jammin’ to underground artist and two years later hearin’ talk about the same shit they criticized. Rappers will go so hard on the come-up but once a major label signs them or they become more popular, all thats coming out of there mouth is “smack that h**” or “trukfit trukfit” .

One rapper that definitely went mainstream was Nicki Minaj. She went from a hood chick with sick metaphors to a Harajuku Barbie mess ! Is this what will happen to Dom Kennedy  ? So far his music is still dope and his audience isnt that large however, more and more people are bumpin’ Yellow Album . Let’s just hope he doesn’t switch up .  Should Cole fans start getting scared for J.Cole? So far he’s became main stream but his music hasnt changed but who knows what will happen in the upcoming months. Will his material deliver? When will Wale go back to being on his ” More about Nothing” flow? Everyone knows how his flow switched up once he got signed to MMG.  The price to be famous is going to cause major rappers to lose their true fans and be replaced with a bunch of “inexpensive weed smokin skateboard wanna be’s”. Becoming a mainstream artist nowadays is actually more bitter than it is sweet.
