It’s no secret. America is becoming a country obsessed with getting inked up. Once considered taboo, now it almost seems you are the odd man out if you do NOT have one. This week totalbeauty.com released a list of what they believe are the 10 most tatooed cities in America. This is their list and the reasons why they chose each city. Do you agree with their list?
