\nI am the Founder and Owner of Livin Elite<\/span> Apparel<\/span>.<\/p>\n
\nCurrently, we specialize in premium t-shirts. The brand is going to
\nexpand into hats, long sleeves, hoodies, tanks in the near future.<\/p>\n
\nI got into this business because I have always had a love for
\nsneakers and unique clothing. I always wanted to find brands that no
\none else had because there was an exclusive factor to that.<\/p>\n
\nI have always wanted to be an Entrepreneur.<\/p>\n
\nWhat kind of thought process goes into your collection?
\nBefore I get inspiration for designs, I base a lot of the focus on
\nquality. I want to offer the best product possible to the customer. I
\nfocus on only using premium fabrics and the best printing techniques.
\nDesign inspiration comes from the day to day life. I always carry a
\nnotebook with me and will write down any ideas that come up when I get
\nthem.<\/p>\n
\n designs of another brand?<\/strong>
\nI have never liked it but I do think it will always occur. There are
\ncurrently so many brands out there that I feel like sometimes it
\nhappens accidentally.<\/p>\nHow did you come up with the name “Livin Elite”? What does it mean<\/strong>
\n or stand for?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/strong>
\nI came up with the name because I always wanted to start a company
\nwhere the consumers could have a sense of connection with. Livin
\nElite, “For those of you who never stop, never question your dreams,
\nand never lose ambition in life.” I want people to, “Find their elite”
\nand go for it. That is the meaning behind the name.<\/h2>\n
\n brand exposure? What social network is most important to Livin Elite?<\/strong>
\nI have always felt social media is a great thing for businesses. You
\nwill find Livin Elite on: Facebook, twitter, instagram, and tumblr. What
\nI try to do is stay true to the brand when using social media. I will
\npost inspirational videos and quotes and I am always trying to
\nmotivate to do what they love. I also will post information on
\nindividuals sponsored by Livin Elite<\/em> and show their day to day and
\nwhat it is like.<\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n
\nWhen I was little, light up shoes used to be pretty awesome. Who
\nknows, I’m sure some brand will try to bring that back.<\/p>\n
\nI would have to say the full blown camo trend. I don’t even mind it
\nbut it just shows how trends could be annoying because some select
\nbrands brought it back but since it grew now everyone is doing camo in
\nthe industry.<\/p>\n
\nThats a hard one because I love both. I will basically leave it at it
\ndepends on the outfit.<\/p>\n
\nLow tops, There is nothing better than a tee and jeans with a fresh
\npair of white air force one lows.<\/p>\n
\nI feel that too many brands are not being true to themselves and just
\ncopying bigger brands like diamond, stussy, and obey. They are the
\ngame changers but it is always important to be unique in the industry.
\nIt just takes more time to get known but that is sometimes not a bad
\nthing.<\/p>\n
\nI could tell that the future trend of the overall industry will be
\nsimplicity with designs. You could see people are now starting to just
\nrock blank tees going out and I think that will be the new thing in
\nthe upcoming seasons.<\/p>\n
\nBeing able to do what you love is awesome. But the other awesome
\nthing that will never get old is when you see someone rocking one of
\nyour shirts.<\/p>\n
\nIt would have to be how the retail world works. They will carry the
\nbigger brands and when your a smaller brand, it is hard to get their
\nattention. Also, you will also see the bigger brands start to slack on
\ntheir design quality because the audience will rock anything that just
\nsays their brand name. But I do want to give a S\/O to Black Scale
\nbecause they do their own thing and are doing great things in the
\nindustry.<\/p>\n
