As I learned the hard way, when you put the words “street wear” in your bio on Twitter, lots of up-and-coming brands like to follow you. While I’m cool with that, I must say that some people probably should quit their day jobs, as designing dope clothing is slightly more difficult than they realize.
That being said, some good did come out of my new followers. Check out Green Hill Clothes, a Seattle based brand that’s into Baby Ninjas and Phantom Sharks. While I don’t think I’ll be repping the 206 any time soon (I think my favorite area code list goes something like 914, 212, 314, 718, 504), some of their other offerings are just too legit to ignore. See some of my favorites after the break.
